Guarantee
13 RosesTM guarantee timely delivery of your flowers in accordance with our delivery policies. If your gift is not delivered in accordance with our policy we will complete the delivery on the following day and provide a $25 credit note to your account in satisfaction of any claim.
Where orders have been placed outside of the specified cut-off time, we will use our best endeavours to deliver same day however no guarantee can be provided. In the event of non delivery of orders placed after the cut-off time, your gift will be delivered as soon as possible on the following day (Sunday excepted).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot take responsibilities for non-deliveries, resulting from the following circumstances-
1. where the recipient is not present at the address provided within the delivery time frame; and the item(s) to be delivered can not be left in the premises for fear of theft or vandalism, etc.
2. where the address is incorrect or incomplete
3. where there is no one with the given name at the address provided
4. where no valid contact number was provided to facilitate attempts at contacting the recipient in the event of a difficulty.
Where no-one is home at the delivery address, the courier will decide whether to leave the flowers on the door step or return them to the florist store. We guarantee delivery however we cannot accept responsibilty for flowers delivered and left at an unattended address.
3 DAY RETURN POliCY
Your flowers should last between 4 and 8 days depending upon variety and conditions. This will largely depend on factors such as care and variety. If your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we believe that the care instructions provided have been followed, we will resend new flowers. We must be notified within (3) days of the delivery for the return/replacement policy to apply. We will collect the original flowers upon delivery of your replacements so that the cause of failure can be assessed by our florists and suppliers. (Note: Irises, violets, wired arrangements and wreaths excluded).
ROSE VARIETIES
What makes roses so beautiful are the wide range of varieties available and the natural differences between each flower. Roses really do come in all shapes and sizes. Some will open fully whilst others remain in a tight bud. Some are strong of fragrance whilst others are very subtle. When ordering roses please note that the natural qualities and longevity of the flowers vary depending upon variety. Some will last more than a week and some less.
